Lady Gaga has a new tattoo. Yeah, I know. You’re thinking “that’s nothing new,” because she has 9. But this one is special. She and all of the sexual assault survivors that joined her onstage during her Oscar performance made a pact to get a matching “unity” symbol tattoo. She kept her promise! Tattoo artist David Allen hooked her up with the symbol on her shoulder at Pioneer Tattoo in Chicago. Nice!
