The city of Gary is trying to ban the sagging of pants…and teens are leading the charge. Fox 59 news partners say the Gary Youth Council is bringing the issue to city council and requiring community service for any pants sagging teens under the age of 18. The ordinance would also fine adults who continue to sag. I didn’t even realize people are still sagging! Other cities have passed ordinances like this with little success, we’ll see if Gary can make it stick.
