According to a TMZ report, don’t expect to see any delivery room footage of Kim Kardashian-West giving birth to Saint West. The report goes on to say this was Kim and Kanye’s decision.

Kim and Kanye apparently want to wait until their new baby son develops an awareness, which is only respectable to the little one. If you remember, they did the same thing with North West (by keeping her out of filming for an entire year), and only allowed filming during “special” scenes in which everything was tightly monitored.
