A Muncie middle school cafeteria worker was arrested on campus yesterday for dealing drugs at school! Fox 59 says Sandra Howard was arrested after dealing $40 worth of pills to an undercover officer in the parking lot of the school. Authorities did say Howard was hesitant to do the deal on school property, but mostly because of the onsite excise officer. Muncie Community Schools says she was not a full time worker, but rather a substitute.
