It’s a story as maddening as it is heartbreaking in Indianapolis this weekend. Fox 59 reports 46 year old Fred Fleener was convicted of involuntary manslaughter in the neighborhood of West Raymond street at 10:45 am. Fleener allegedly shot his own 22 year old son in the chest after an argument over biscuits and gravy. Of course situations like this are always tragic, and it leaves me baffled how someone could rip a family apart in the way this man did. Just a reminder to those feuding with family that it’s never too late to take things back…nothing should ever reach this level of escalation.
