The ultimate job for a kid is about to become available. After 3 years the Chief Play Officer of Toys R Us, Alex Thorne, is stepping down from his role at the age of 14. Over his time in his position Alex has tested and been given several toys by the company…FOR FREE. I have no idea as to whether or not he got paid to do this job, but seriously what would it matter if you’re already given everything you would spend it on? Yahoo spoke with Thorne who said while he’s excited to start high school, he’s sad to leave the job.
“I’m kind of sad that I’m leaving this job. I mean, I can’t keep this job forever. I can’t hog the awesomeness of this job.”
Unfortunately this job is only available to Canadians…prejudice much?!
