Dave Grohl

Take a look at Dave Grohl’s left wrist! He has an Ace of Spades tattoo as an homage to Motorhead’s Lemmy Kilmister.
Flea

You know him, you love him, you’ve probably seen more of his body than you ever expected to… It’s Flea! The RHCP bassist has many sick tattoos including a Jimi Hendrix portrait on his left bicep and David Bowie’s name lower on that same arm.
Hayley Williams

Bet you didn’t know Hayley Williams of Paramore was a big Elvis fan! Williams has a tattoo on the back of her arm dedicated to Elvis Presley’s band, Taking Care of Business.
Sully Erna

Sully Erna, frontman for Godsmack, has AC/DC’s logo on the inside of his right bicep. In an interview with Loudwire at Inkcarceration Festival, “It was definitely one of my childhood hero bands… They’re pretty much one of the greatest rock bands of all time.”
Travis Barker

One of Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker’s MANY tattoos pays tribute to Dag Nasty. “Can I Say” written across his chest is the title of the punk band’s debut album.
Pete Wentz

Some of Pete Wentz’s iconic tattoos include a Nightmare Before Christmas sleeve on his right arm and the quote “Stay Gold” on his right wrist dedicated to the book & 80s movie “The Outsiders.”
Billie Joe Armstrong

Billie has many tattoos dedicated to Green Day songs, like his “St. Jimmy” anchor ink and a “Jesus of Suburbia” tattoo on the back of his arm. Our favorite of his is the “All Ages” tattoo on his right bicep, referencing the all ages music venue where he got his start at a young age.
Ozzy Osborne

Ozzy’s got plenty, but his best-known tattoo is OZZY written across the knuckles on his left hand. He did it at home himself at 16!
Ivan Moody

Ivan Moody of Five Finger Death Punch revealed in an interview with Loudwire that the skeletal tattoo on his left hand is inspired his favorite band as a kid, The Misfits.
Jacoby Shaddix

Jacoby Shaddix’s knuck tattoos take inspiration from Joe Strummer from The Clash. The Papa Roach frontman has LOVE and HATE tattooed across his knuckles just like Strummer.
