Fan footage of the Foo Fighters covering Michael Bublé’s “Haven’t Met You Yet” is making the rounds.
The band briefly broke into the 2010 tune at a recent show, with frontman Dave Grohl making up his own words.
Grohl can be seen singing, “I don’t know the f**king words/ I don’t know this song/ You might know it/ But I f**king don’t/ I was supposed to practice it/ But I f**king don’t care.’
Grohl then tells the audience they’re only doing the song to introduce the audience to their new drummer Josh Freese.
The Foos have been doing a medley of covers on their ongoing summer tour, which also includes Beastie Boys’ 1994 hit “Sabotage,” Devo’s “Whip It” and Nine Inch Nails’ “March of the Pigs.”
What song should the Foos cover? Thanks, Killabrew
