This is the news everyone was hoping wouldn’t come on the heels of the basketball tournament. But, St. Elmo Steakhouse is closing for at least a week after nine employees tested positive for COVID-19.
According to WISH-TV, the restaurant is undergoing a deep cleaning. Additionally, the Health Department is working to do contact tracing in an effort to reduce the possible spread of the virus.
No word yet on when exactly they plan to reopen.
