Last year, Cedar Point got off to a late start, opening in July rather than in late spring like normal. This year, it looks like they’re planning an earlier start to the season.
The amusement park announced that opening day will be on May 14 according to WXYZ.
There will be some “operational changes” but those weren’t announced yet. I’m assuming that means masks, cleaning procedures and maybe reservations ahead of time. The park said the changes will be revealed later on their website.
Additionally, Gold Passes will be honored in 2021.
