Only in Florida.
Early on Monday morning, the cops in Eustis, Florida pulled over a 48-year-old guy named George Vacherlon. He’s a convicted felon, and they found ammo in his car door, so he was arrested for possession of ammunition by a convicted felon.
But . . . George was already wearing restraints before they cuffed him. Because for some reason, he had a steel BONDAGE COLLAR locked around his neck.
There was another guy in the car with George, and he was arrested for having meth on him. They live at the same address, but we don’t know their exact relationship.
There’s no word on how the bondage collar wound up on George’s neck earlier in the night.
