It might be the wrong thing to say, but I have never been a fan of the Slurpee. That being said, I had no idea that Slurpee Battery is a thing.
No matter what the temperature is outside, this just isn’t the way anyone wants to enjoy a Slurpee.
There’s a 40-year-old guy named Brian Duffy in Pinellas Park, Florida. And a few weeks ago, he went to a 7-Eleven and got into an argument with the clerk about the price of a Slurpee.
The female clerk wound up taking the Slurpee away from Brian when he refused to pay . . . and Brian slapped the cup out of her hand. So the Slurpee flew all over her.
Brian was arrested for battery . . . and since he has another battery conviction, he was charged with a felony.
