Thieves Stole $200k Worth Of Equipment From Static-X And Dope

Well this is a pretty sh@**y thing to do, especially during a global pandemic. Static-X and Dope revealed that over $200,000 worth of equipment was stolen from their practice space in LA.

The bands have filed a report with the LAPD according to Loudwire, but they are also asking fans for help. They’ve released a detailed list of the items that were stolen, along with photos because reading, amirite?

Items stolen include a console, LED curtain and drum kits.

The bands put out a press release in which Edsel Dope said,

“I recognize that there are far worse things happening around the world. We want to send out positive vibes to everyone in this crazy time. Stay safe, protect yourself from all the threats, and take care of each other.”
