Gibson announced earlier this week that they will release a limited-edition guitar to honor Chris Cornell (Soundgarden, Audioslave).
According to Loudwire, the Tribute ES-335 guitar was first seen earlier this year. It is very similar to the guitar pictured above.
The guitar company revealed the design at the Chris Cornell tribute concert in LA. They also made a donation to the Chris and Vicky Cornell Foundation.
Cornell worked with Gibson in the past to modify his ES-335 model.
The guitar is available to pre-order now. It’ll be in stores on September 3. Head over to Gibson’s website to see it.
