It’s been more than seven months since All That Remains’ guitarist Oliver “Oli” Herbert passed away. But the cause of death still remains unsolved according to Blabbermouth.
The Connecticut State Police is investigating still investigating Oli’s death. They are treating it as suspicious because a will was signed just a week before his death on October 16, 2018.
It appears that the other band members were not fans of Oliver’s wife, Elizabeth Herbert, who was named the sole benefactor.
In fact, lead singer Phil Labonte said she was a “garbage human being” who was banned from their shows. He went on to say he urged Oli to get a divorce.
The investigation is ongoing.
