As well as record producer Lou Adler, Jeff “Skunk” Baxter of the Doobie Brothers, Randy Owen of Alabama, Matt Deis of All That Remains, and Tom DeLonge of Blink-182!

The Jimi Hendrix Experience made their television debut on the UK’s Ready Steady Go! in 1966 and performed their now iconic Hey Joe.

Two Releases today, we’ve got The Distance from Bob Seger & The Silver Bullet Band in 1982 and the Pixies’ Come on Pilgrim in 1993!

And finally in 2019, the estate battle between the daughters of Tom Petty and his widow reached a conclusion. Petty’s daughters Adria Petty and Annakim Violette (each from a previous marriage) sued widow Dana York Petty for $5m after Dana claimed that she superseded the daughters’ rights to “equal participation” over decisions involving the rocker’s estate and catalog.
