In 1976, AC/DC shot video for what would become their iconic music video for It’s A Long Way To The Top (If You Wanna Rock ‘n’ Roll) for the Australian music TV show Countdown. It featured the band traveling on a flatbed truck travelling down Swanston Street in Melbourne with members of the Rats of Tobruk Pipe Band. Time to break out the bagpipes!
And speaking of TV, Anthrax appeared on a 1992 episode of Married with Children.

Speaking of badassery, at a Tool show at the London Astoria in 1997, lead singer Maynard James Keenan takes down a fan who comes onstage during their set. Keenan (who is also an army vet and practices Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu) keeps the fan in a choke hold all while still performing Pushit. You can see the video of the incident below.
And nobody tried to get on stage with Tool ever again.
