All signs are pointing to Netflix getting rid of its cheapest ad-free service plan.
Recently, the platform revealed better than expected subscriber numbers for fourth quarter 20023 with 13.1 million subscribers. A number that the platform credits to its ad-supported plan, which accounted for 40% of those new subscribers.
To increase that number, the plan is to take away the Basic ad-free plan in areas where the ad supported plan is available.
What are your thoughts on the pricing of streaming services these days? Thanks, Killabrew
