Jim Bob Cooter, a Jacksonville assistant, will be hired by the Indianapolis Colts to be their offensive coordinator. The 38-year-old will be under Shane Steichen, the new head coach of the Colts. Cooter served as Doug Pederson’s passing-game coordinator for Jacksonville last season. Jim also has previous history with the Colts.
