The Colts pulled off an overtime victory Thursday night in Denver. That’s the positive and that’s important. But I wonder if the Colts standard has become one of mediocrity? In any other profession, we would be fired if we performed like the Indianapolis Colts. Our employer’s tolerance would wear thin; companies expect consistent results. As fans, should we approach the Indianapolis Colts in the same manner? Should we fire our understanding? Should we terminate an acceptance of mediocrity? Should we see the Colts for what they are? That is to say an organization that lacks execution, consistency, vision and overall competitiveness.
Food for thought! Thanks, Killabrew.
