There’s no denying that the 2021-2022 season was a big one for Jonathan Taylor. He might not have been named MVP or Offensive Player of the Year, but he was rewarded for his work at the NFL Honors ceremony.
He was named FedEx Ground NFL Player of the year, and Tom Brady was named Air Player of the Year.
According the FedEx website, the award goes to a quarterback and running back who are voted by fans as “delivering the best performances for their fans and teammates each season.”
JT now gets to select an HBCU to receive $20,000, which will help support needs-based scholarships.
