This is a problem. I don’t always open the bag, but it is there.
According to a new poll, Americans love snacks so much that 69% of people say they always bring some kind of snack with them when they’re on-the-go.
51% say they fill-up on snacks as an entire meal at least three times a week.
And 53% say they’d swap out an unhealthy snack for a healthier one . . . if there were more options available at a similar price point.
Of course, that SURELY depends on what the healthier choice would be . . . because SIX out of 10 people say their first choice of snack is packed with sugar or salt, and the most popular choices are potato chips, chocolate, and candy.
