Sugar Factory is opening up at Circle Centre Mall. The restaurant has 14 other locations in the US and will open the Indianapolis store in the vacant spot previously held by Palomino according to IBJ.
Their menu is kind of insane. In fact, they actually have shakes called Insane Milkshakes. As the name suggests, they specialize in dessert items including a sundae that serves 12 people for $99.
