Well, “flocking” might not be right, since chain restaurant traffic is down 58% overall . . . but if people ARE going to a chain restaurant, these are the ones they’re going to.
The top two are Texas Roadhouse and Olive Garden . . . where you get unlimited free rolls and breadsticks.
