A Man Asks His Brother with Down Syndrome to Be His Best Man

i have a nephew who is special needs. Watching him grow up, even from a distance, has been heart warming. A lot of people have a hard time understanding the kind of lifestyle they live.

A Minnesota man named Will Claussen came up with a very sweet way to ask his brother with Down syndrome Henry Joe to be his best man.  He put a note inside a glass jar and buried it in the backyard . . . knowing they’d be working out there later.

The video starts with Henry Joe finding the jar, and then reading the note, which says, quote, “You’re already the best bro, and also the best friend, so will you say yes and be my best man?  Love, Will.”  Henry Joe’s so happy he jumps into his brother’s arms.

Feel free to shed a tear.
