Miss Colombia didn’t win, but Miss Phillipines didn’t really win, either. You know who really won the Miss Universe pageant? Steve Harvey! Even though he flubbed the winner, the Miss Universe organization is offering him a multi-year hosting contract…and get this: they’re paying him more than they’ve ever paid any of their previous hosts. That’s because they know they were wrong about that ballot they had him read! It’s their fault!
