According to this new list from Clover the state with the HOTTEST women is Connecticut, and the least attractive women is Mississippi… Looks like Montana has the HOTTEST men, while Rhode Island is plagued with having the ugliest men. Indiana didn’t place in the Top 10 for having the HOTTEST women or men.. but, we didn’t place in the Top 10 for having the UGLIEST, either!
