I do not like Hakeem Lyon. In fact I think he’s a punk! Anyone who doesn’t agree try to dispute these 5 facts!
1. He Slept With His Almost Step Mom
I could shut down the argument right there! Not only is it extremely shady to sleep with your dad’s fiance…it’s also incredibly gross! She was basically your mom when your real mom was locked up! She straight up was months away from being your step mom at the time! WHY DOES EVERYONE ACT LIKE IT’S ALL GOOD NOW?! He’s nasty and has some serious mommy issues he needs to deal with.
2. He’s Always Talking Smack Then Getting Beat Up
Even his parents have to drop him from time to time! Let’s not forget he’s also been hit by Jamal twice, and I think Tiana at some point? Not sure but knowing he’s a punk it’s likely.
3. He’s Always Jealous For What Other’s Got…
The portrait was a perfect example. Hakeem is always looking around to see what others got, and wondering where his piece of the pie is. Meanwhile he forgets that he was the one who chose to leave Empire.
4. YET HE NEVER GETS IN THE STUDIO!
It’s hilarious that even when he’s running the company Jamal still manages to find more studio time than Hakeem. He’s always talking about stuff he wants to do for his album, or ideas for a song, BUT HE’S NEVER RECORDING! It’s that arrogant silver spoon attitude of always having things put in his lap that he fails to realize you have to try to succeed.
5. He Always Has His Shirt Off Showing Those Fake Muscles…
Okay I’m just blindly hating right now, but I can’t stand him! STOP TALKING AND DO SOMETHING HAKEEM!
