Awesome article online was put up by Food Beast a couple days ago which showed great places to get a treat for your pup! We singled out the Indianapolis exclusive places where you can for sure get a treat…take your dog out for a treat!
Starbucks
Starbucks will do a “pup cup” for your dog! It’s just a bunch of whipped cream in a small cup, but you’re dog will act like it’s life giving water! These have a lot of sugar of course so probably shouldn’t be giving it to them every day…but once in a while can’t hurt!
Dairy Queen (and most ice cream shops)
Most ice cream shops have a vanilla soft serve that is perfect for dogs on a hot day! Handel’s in Fishers even has a specialty cone for dogs! Now ice cream isn’t for every pooch, some can get a big belly ache after eating that much milk, so make sure your dog can handle it before giving it to them.
Sonic
Supposedly Sonic has dog treats. I wouldn’t know since there’s only two in the city and they’re on the completely opposite side of town than where I’m at! Avon and Mooresville crowd you’ll have to test this one out!
Johnny Rockets
To my knowledge the only Johnny Rockets in Indy are both located in malls, and I don’t think the mall allows dogs. HOWEVER! If you manage to get your dog in a Johnny Rockets they will serve it an unsalted burger with no bun in a dog bowl!
Chic-Fil-A
Some give out dog treats…some don’t. Just a roll of the dice if you go!
