One half of one of our favorite throwback groups, Outkast’s Big Boi talks about making music inside the infamous Stankonia Studios. “Stankonia” is the name of Outkast’s fourth studio album, which features hits like “B.O.B”, “Ms. Jackson” and “So Fresh, So Clean”. Out of those singles, “Ms. Jackson” went on to become the group’s first number one single on the Billboard Hot 100. The album also led Outkast to win a Grammy for “Best Rap Album”, of which their single “Ms. Jackson” grabbed the Grammy for “Best Rap Performance by a Duo or Group”.
